ASEKOL SK has fulfilled the reserved obligations under the Waste Act

PRO ASEKOL SK has successfully ensured the fulfillment of statutory obligations on behalf of its clients – manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment, batteries, accumulators, packaging, and non-packaging products – again this year. In accordance with the provisions of Section 27, Paragraph 4, Letters e) and g) of the Waste Act, it responsibly performed all necessary actions and submitted the 2025 reports to the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic within the statutory deadline (by February 28). With this step, ASEKOL SK guarantees that its clients continue to meet legal requirements and contribute to a sustainable circular economy.
