ASEKOL SK launches a new, digital version of its popular ECO Firm project

The popular ECO Firm project, backed by the producer responsibility organization ASEKOL SK, is returning in a brand-new format. Starting April 2, 2025, companies can once again join this initiative, which promotes environmentally responsible behavior in the workplace—this time in a modern, digital form.

Over the years, the ECO Firm project has gained great popularity, mainly thanks to the possibility of collecting small e-waste directly at company premises and the prestigious ECO Firm certificate. To modernize the initiative, ASEKOL SK has introduced a significant change—the project has been completely transformed into an online environment, making participation even easier and more accessible for companies across Slovakia.

How does the new ECO Firm work?

Companies can join the project simply by sending an inquiry via email. They will then receive a digital presentation filled with interesting facts about e-waste, used batteries, and packaging waste. This presentation can be easily shared among colleagues. At the end of the presentation, there is a quiz based on its content.

Employees who complete the quiz correctly are automatically entered into a prize draw. Two lucky winners from each participating company will receive original "Pozrieš–triediš!" (Look–Sort!) socks, created in collaboration with the FUSAKLE brand. Additionally, the company as a whole will receive an ECO Firm certificate valid for 2 years.
