ASEKOL SK successfully passed an inspection by the Slovak Environmental Inspectorate

We are all the more pleased that the quality of our work has also been confirmed by an inspection carried out by the Slovak Environmental Inspectorate at ASEKOL SK s.r.o., focused on compliance with the obligations of a producer responsibility organization (PRO) for packaging and non-packaging products under Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste and related legal regulations in the field of waste management.

The result of the inspection from 22 June 2026 is an important confirmation for us that we fulfill our legal obligations responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with applicable legislation. In its conclusion, the Slovak Environmental Inspectorate stated that during the inspected period, ASEKOL SK duly fulfilled the obligations under review, and no shortcomings were identified during the inspection.

This result is evidence of our team's professional approach and, at the same time, a guarantee for all producers and partners who have entrusted us with fulfilling their obligations arising from extended producer responsibility.
